Causes of acne and solutions

    

Acne is a common skin condition that occurs when hair follicles become clogged with oil and dead skin cells. The primary causes of acne include: 



1.     Overproduction of oil: Increased sebum production can clog pores. This is common during hormonal changes, especially in teenagers during puberty. Hormonal imbalances, such as those occurring during menstrual cycles or due to certain medical conditions, can also contribute to excess oil production.

2.     Clogged Skin Pores: When dead skin cells don’t shed normally, they can combine with sebum, leading to pore blockages. This can result in the formation of blackheads or whiteheads.

3.     Bacteria: The skin bacterium known as Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) can multiply in clogged pores, leading to inflammation and acne breakouts.

4.     Inflammation: When the hair follicle wall ruptures, it can lead to inflammation. The body's immune response can cause redness, swelling, and pus.

5.     Genetics: Acne can run in families, indicating a genetic predisposition to developing the condition.

6.     Certain Medications: Some medications, such as corticosteroids or drugs containing androgens, lithium, or some birth control pills, can contribute to acne.

7.     Diet: While more research is needed, some studies suggest that certain foods, especially those with a high glycemic index or dairy products, may exacerbate acne in some individuals.

8.     Stress: Stress can worsen acne by triggering hormonal changes that lead to increased oil production.

  

Solution to acne problems

1.Turmeric:Known for its anti-inflammatery and antibacterial properties, turmeric can be used both internally and externally.Mixing turmeric with water or honey and applying it to affected areas can help reduce inflammation & kill acne causing bacteria.



2.Aloe vera:Aloe vera possesses soothing and  healing properties that can  aid in reducing inflammation and  promoting skin healing, you can use it directly on skin, don't use any facial lotions containng aloe vera, use the plant directly



3.Healthly diet:follow a healthy diet, consume lot of vegetables & fruits, whole grains, avoid fried food, oily food  or spicy food



4.Mental diet: Medidate for a few minutes everyday, it is better to do meditation as per your age for example if your 36 you should meditate for at least for 36 minutes everyday, start from 5 minute and start increasing gradually,meditating for a few minutes can be stress busting, and try to maintain state of meditatation for the whole day by keeping your mind on God, remember the object of meditation should always be God.

Chapter 8, sloka 7

tasmāt sarveṣhu kāleṣhu mām anusmara yudhya cha
mayyarpita-mano-buddhir mām evaiṣhyasyasanśhayam

Therefore, always remember Me and also do your duty of fighting the war. With mind and intellect surrendered to Me, you will definitely attain Me; of this, there is no doubt. 

In this verse it illustrated that you should always think of God and do your duty, it will never bind you to the reaction of your karmas, and that is how get rid of all the karmic reactions of your life
